Supervison

My supervision services primarily cater to newly qualified therapists or those in the early stages of their practice. However, I also welcome interest from more practitioners who resonate with my approach and believe we may be well-suited.

My clinical experience includes working with both adults and children, many of whom have faced trauma, anxiety, issues, and behavioural challenges. A significant focus of my work is supporting adopted and their families, often dealing with complex developmental trauma. I take an integrative approach, utilising trauma- and attachment-based methods, along with a combination of person-centred, psychodynamic, inner work, Bi-Lateral Processing and hypnotherapy — all tailored to meet the specific needs of each client and supervisee.

With personal experience of ADHD and autism, I offer a neurodiversity-affirming perspective in supervision, understanding how neurodivergence influences both our internal experiences and professional identities. I welcome supervisees who identify as neurodivergent or work closely with neurodivergent clients.

I am currently completing my formal supervision training and am offering low-cost sessions to accumulate my training hours. The first full session is complimentary, followed by sessions at £30 until my qualification.

Sessions are available in person in Stockton-on-Tees or online, with appointments on weekdays between 9 am and 3 pm (with some flexibility). If you seek a supervisor who embodies warmth, clinical insight, and a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming approach, I would be delighted to connect with you.
